Westergas is a cornerstone of Amsterdam’s vibrant lifestyle. It is a cultural landmark and a creative hub. Together with Duncan and Lisca Stutterheim, we spearheaded the acquisition of this 20,000 m² site. As active participants in Westergas Events, we still work together with the Stutterheim family. Our common goal is to keep this iconic place as relevant as ever.

Westergas is best described as a cultural village in a beautiful green park. The former factory that kept the lights of Amsterdam on has been transformed into a lively oasis that attracts visitors from all walks of life. The 17 monumental buildings house a mix of offices, leisure facilities, a hotel and event venues.
