We transformed this former shipyard into high-end offices. The surface spans an enormous 1.300 m² across four halls with repeating glass gable roofs. It is located in the middle of the NDSM Wharf, with unobstructed views on three sides. Inside, the architecture firm Beyond Space has created the office interior of our dreams. The building has been awarded the A+ energy label and is fully leased by Roamler.
